- All Drivers will carry a Valid, Un-expired ID card.
- All Drivers will be attired properly in uniforms.
- Pre-Booked vehicles will reach starting point 15 minutes in advance.
- All Vehicles will be clean and well-maintained.
- Our drivers and staff are always polite and will help out with any travel details if required.
- Drivers will not engage in any illegal activities – Race Driving is prohibited.
- All Vehicles are equipped with communication devices so as to handle any changes that arise.
- All Vehicles will carry a first-aid kid along with emergency kit(Torch Light, umbrella etc).
Our Safety Steps
In order to provide a safe and clean travel environment for our customers, we have also provided below mentioned safety measures:
- All Drivers are trained and equipped with handbooks containing detailed safety instructions.
- All Drivers and associates are covered by Accidental Insurance Benefits.
- Trainings (like Safety Awareness Program) and inspections are conducted periodically to ensure safety and welfare of everyone.
- All Vehicles are provided with fire extinguishers and emergency lamps to assist in situations.
- Medical and Eye Check-up is covered for all drivers.
